Real attendees. Real builds.

They walked in newbies and left as real AI builders.

"Freya and Michael's workshops are a genuine game-changer. I've been in AI for probably over four years now — and even for me, going to their workshop and hearing how they think about bringing AI to life inside businesses was a genuine game-changer. The mindset plus the tools they give you unlock so much capability and let you run from there and do a lot of awesome things independently. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. You won't regret it."
Richard Eve — Product Leader, HCF Australia
Live workshop attendee
"Incredible session. I came to build a website and CRM but left with a total shift in perspective on AI. It was a humbling realization of how much I didn't know, but I'm now equipped with practical ways to start to integrate AI into my business to boost efficiency and better serve our clients."
Ben — Construction Business Owner
Live workshop attendee · April 26, 2026
"The whole idea of using agents, creating workflows and vibe coding feels quite daunting as skills to cultivate when you're working really hard at your day job. What I found particularly helpful was Michael and Freya spending a lot of time helping us set up our workspaces, trying different tasks like building a customer database, websites, automations, without overthinking it."

How the program runs

Learn it in the room. Build it with support. Ship it on Demo Day.

Three phases over three weeks. The weekend gets the tools and the repo into your hands. The two weeks after are where you actually build your thing — with us live in Skool. Demo Day is where you show it off.

Phase 1
Weekend · Sat 4 — Sun 5 July · Terrigal

The Weekend — tools + the repo

Two days in the room. Get Cursor + Claude Code running, get onboarded to the SoloStack boilerplate, and learn how the working apps inside it — CRM, automations, content tools — are actually built. By Sunday you understand the repo, you can drive the tools, and you've got a mini-challenge brief: use the repo to build a product or business concept.

Phase 2
~2 weeks · Online · Private Skool community

The Build — live support in Skool

This is where it sticks. Live online support sessions in our private Skool community: finish any setup, get unstuck on the training, and get hands-on help shaping your own business-concept project. You're never left to figure it out alone after the weekend.

Phase 3
Mid-July · Terrigal · Demo Day

Demo Day — show what you built

Back to Terrigal for an in-person meetup. Mini-demos of the projects you built, in front of a panel of founders + a fractional CTO. $600 Skillion coworking voucher for the standout build. Your "start a beginner, end a builder" moment, made real.

Inside the weekend

Four guided sessions across the two days.

Day 1
9am–1pm

Session 1 — Your AI workspace + the repo

Get Cursor + Claude Code running on your own machine and onboard to the SoloStack boilerplate. The "single folder is the company" mental model — and how to drive it with confidence.

Day 1
2pm–5pm

Session 2 — How the apps are built

Look under the hood of the working apps inside the repo — the CRM and friends. How app development actually works, so you can customise them to your own business instead of starting from scratch.

Day 2
9am–1pm

Session 3 — Agents + automations for business

Same setup, now running agents and automations. How Freya thinks about what to build, how Michael thinks about the codebase — multiple agents working against one repo.

Day 2
2pm–5pm

Session 4 — Your mini-challenge brief

Scope a product or business concept of your own and start building it with us in the room. This becomes the project you finish over the next 2 weeks in Skool and present at Demo Day.

For you if…

  • You're a solopreneur or small-team operator — and you've been hearing "AI" but haven't actually used it to run your business
  • You learn by doing — workshops where you only watch slides drive you nuts
  • You want a real project of your own to show at Demo Day, not just notes
  • You want ongoing support + community while you build, not just a weekend then nothing
  • You're within driving distance of Terrigal or up for the day trip from Sydney

Not for you if…

  • You want someone else to build your AI workflows for you — we teach, you build
  • You're already a senior engineer using Claude Code daily — pitch us a partnership instead
  • You're shopping for a 20-person enterprise rollout — that's a different format, ask us
  • You can't commit the weekend in person — we run the free virtual workshop too

Your hosts

Three people in the room with you.

Michael Shaimerden

Founder, SoloStack

Built the AI-native company OS we'll teach. Walks you through the engineering mental model — when to bend Claude to your will and when to let it cook.

Freya Stockman

Co-founder, SoloStack

Runs operations + sales on the same stack. Walks you through the product-design and customer-thinking side — how to know what to build, not just how.

AJ Rollsy

Founder, Skillion Spaces

Hosting at his coworking space + bringing the local Central Coast founder network into the room. Marketing background — he's assembling the founder + CTO panel that judges Demo Day.

Quick answers

Things people ask before booking

Do I need to know how to code?

No. About a third of attendees at the April 26 workshop hadn't written code before. You'll see code on screen — that's the point — but you'll be describing what you want and Claude writes it. We'll show you exactly how.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop (Mac or Windows fine). We send a setup checklist 1 week out — Cursor, GitHub, Anthropic API key. Sat 9am — first hour is reserved for anyone who didn't get the setup done. Nobody starts behind.

What's the early-bird price and how do I get it?

$1,100 AUD for the first 10 seats. Just book before they fill — Stripe shows the early-bird price until they're gone, then it switches to $1,500 standard.

I'm a Skillion Spaces member — what's the discount?

Full Skillion members get preferential pricing. Email us at claude@trysolostack.com from your registered Skillion address and we'll send you your member code.

Will I have a finished CRM by the end of the weekend?

We're deliberately honest about this: the weekend gets the tools and the repo into your hands and teaches you how the apps — including the CRM — are built. You don't start from a blank page, you start from our working boilerplate. The actual "make it yours" build happens over the following 2 weeks with live support in Skool, and you present it at Demo Day. We'd rather under-promise the weekend and over-deliver across the whole program than have you leave Sunday feeling half-done.

What happens after the weekend?

Two weeks of live online support sessions in our private Skool community — to finish your setup, get unstuck, and build your own business-concept project. Then we all come back to Terrigal mid-July for Demo Day: mini-demos judged by a panel of founders + a fractional CTO, with a $600 coworking voucher for the standout build.

What if I can't make both weekend days?

Both Saturday and Sunday matter — they're how you get properly onboarded to the repo and the tools. If you can only do one day you'll be playing catch-up, but you still get every bonus (boilerplate, the 2 weeks of Skool support, Demo Day) and the community to fill the gaps. Refund partial only if you cancel before 7 days out.

Will there be a virtual / online option?

Yes — but a different event. We run free virtual workshops plus a 5-week virtual cohort. See all formats here. The Terrigal program is the only in-person option this cycle.

How many seats are left?

25-cap. Tracker on the booking page shows live availability. Early-bird first 10 fills fastest — we'll update this page when they're gone.

What about lunch / dinner / accommodation?

Lunch + coffee both days included. Dinner Saturday is on your own — Terrigal has a strip of good options 5 min walk from Skillion. Accommodation if you stay over: nearby hotels (Crowne Plaza, The Star, Florida Beach Apartments) — email us for a recommendation list.
