These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of trysolostack.com and the workshops, webinars, content, and resources we provide (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. The Services
SoloStack provides educational programs, workshops, written and video content, and related resources about building and running an AI-native business. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Accounts and registration
When you sign up for a workshop, webinar, or community, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your registration.
3. Payments and refunds
Paid programs are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, payments are for the program described at checkout. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
4. Intellectual property
The Services, including content, templates, code samples, and branding, are owned by SoloStack or its licensors and are provided for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or pass off our materials as your own. Where we share starter code or templates, you may use and adapt them for your own business.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Do not misrepresent your affiliation with SoloStack.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular business, revenue, or growth outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make for your own business.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
